A Knock-Out Dessert

Ingredients

Tiny pecan meringues
Sherberts -  orange and lemon
Vanilla ice cream
Fruit Sauce

Method

Bake tine pecan meringues.  Take about 3, crush lightly in a dessert dish with back of a spoon;  put in some sherberts (orange and lemon) and some vanilla ice cream (or merely plain vanilla ice).  Then spoon over a lot of fruit sauce.  Raspberries, pineapples, strawberries, or peaches, etc.  

Wonderful - so cool and delightful after a heavy meal.
