Bacon Rolls

Ingredients

Chicken Livers, cooked, finely chopped
Boiled egg yolk
Lemon Juice
Bacon

Method

Take as much finely-chopped chicken liver as you think you will need.  Bind it with crushed hard-boiled egg yolk.  Season well, using a little lemon juice.  Now spread the mixture on strips of bacon. Roll up and fasten with toothpicks.  Grill the rolls until crips.  Have a lot.
