Ingredients
6 cups cukes, sliced thin (about 4 medium size)
1 cup onion, sliced thin
1 green pepper, chopped
2 cups sugar
1 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon celery seed
Method
Blend sugar, vinegar, salt, and celery seed. Heat to dissolve sugar. Pour over cukes, onion, and peppers; stir.
Put in a jar. Keep in refrigerator.
