Cheese Salad Cups

Cheese Salad Cups, a vintage typed recipe card

Ingredients

1 cup grated cheese
1 package PI-DO
 

Method

Blend 1 cup grated cheese with 1 package PI-DO, then mix according to directions on the box. Roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thickness. Cut in 3-inch circles, and fit into cups of small ungreased muffin pans. Prick with fork. Bake at 425-degrees 10-12 minutes.

Fill with chicken, tuna, or seafood salad. Decorate with a slice of stuffed olive or pickle.
