Chocolate Fondue

Chocolate Fondue

This new dip can happen. And it’s just one of the exciting new desserts you can make with good old Baker’s

Ingredients

3 squares Baker’s Unsweetened Chocolate
1/2 cup light cream
3/4 cup sugar
3 tablespoons butter
Dash of salt
3/4 teaspoon vanilla

Fresh strawberries, apple slices, banana slices, seedless grapes, and dried apricots.

Method

Combine the chocolate and cream in a saucepan; stir constantly over low heat until mixture is smooth and blended. Add sugar, butter, and salt; continue cooking, stirring constantly, 3 to 5 minutes longer, or until slightly thickened. Remove from heat; add vanilla. Keep warm in a small fondue pot or chafing dish. Serve by dipping one piece of fruit at a time into sauce

Makes 1 1/2 cups sauce.
