Make 1 cup cream sauce with 2 tablespoons flour (no salt), 2 tablespoons butter. Add as much cooked cubes of ham (large cubes, please), as you can afford, 1 box frozen cut corn, thawed, and 1 large green pepper, cut in large pieces and parboiled until almost tender.
Serve with lots of mashed potatoes, hard rolls, and a big salad.
1 regular size can of mexicorn instead of frozen niblets is even more exciting - JRS loves it.
