Ice Cream in Coconut Cups

Ice Cream in Coconut Cups, a vintage clipped recipe from Carnation Milk

Ingredients

2 tablespoons Carnation Homogenized Milk
2 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup sifted confectioners sugar
1 4-ounce package shredded coconut
1-pint Carnation Chocolate Marshmallow Nut Ice Cream

Method

Heat milk in a saucepan. Add butter, sugar, and coconut. Line bottom and sides of 4 medium muffin tins or custard cups with coconut mixture. Chill 2-3 hours. Just before serving, scoop Carnation Ice Cream into coconut cups. Top with sauce if desired.
