Mexican Salad

Ingredients

1 large head of lettuce
1 pound Wisconsin Rat cheese, grated
1 15-ounce can ranch style beans, chilled
2 tomatoes, diced
1/2 onion, chopped fine
3/4 bottle Catalina dressing (Kraft, chilled)
1 $.49 package Fritos, crushed

Method

Prepare lettuce as for any tossed salad. Drain and wash chilled beans and add tomatoes, onion, grated cheese and dressing. Chill 30 minutes to an hour before serving. Crushed Fritos are added and mixed will immediately before serving.
