Moms Lemon Bars

Lemon Bars - a vintage handwritten recipe card.


1 package Angel Food Cake Mix
1 can lemon pie filling
1/2 cup coconut, flaked

1 small cream cheese
4 tablespoons oleo, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar


Step 1: Mix together 1 package Angel Food Cake Mix, 1 can lemon pie filling, and 1/2 cup flaked coconut. Spread on greased and floured low pan, bake at 350-degrees for 20-25 minutes. 

Step 2: Frosting: 1 small can cream cheese, 4 tablespoons oleo - melted, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar. Beat together. 

Freezes well.
