Mom's Zucchini Bread

Mom's Zucchini Bread, a vintage handwritten recipe


3 eggs
1 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 small can drained pineapple (7.5 ounces)
1 cup raisins
2 teaspoons soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup chopped nuts


Fill pans only 3/4 full.  Makes 3 loaves. 

Bake 325-degrees for 1 hour.
