Persimmon Pudding


1 cup persimmon pulp
1 cup sugar
1 cup flour
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup nuts
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 teaspoons soda
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg


Put dish in a pan of hot water.  Bake 1 hour at 350-degrees. 

Freezes well.
