Pistachio Salad

Pistachio Salad

Ingredients

1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, well drained
1 package 3-ounce Pistachio Jell-O, instant pudding
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 medium cool whip

Method

Mix well and let set overnight in the refrigerator. 

2 cups of miniature marshmallows may be added for dessert.  I make mine without.
