Pizza Dough - a vintage handwritten recipe card.

Ingredients

1 package active dry yeast
1 cup hot water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 1/2 cup flour (either all-purpose or whole wheat)

Method

Preheat oven to 425-degrees.

Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in remaining ingredients; beat vigorously 20 strokes. Let rest five minutes. Spread dough onto a lightly oiled pan. Add desired toppings. Bake 425-degrees approximately 20 minutes.
