Potato Soup

Ingredients

1 30-ounce bag frozen hash browns
3 14-ounce cans chicken broth
1 10-ounce can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened

Method 

In a slow cooker, combine 1st five ingredients cover and cook on low for five hours. 

Stir in cream cheese, cook 30 minutes stirring occasionaly until combined. 

Garnish with green onions if desired.
