Sausage Balls

Ingredients

10 ounce extra sharp cheddar, grated
3 cups biscuit mix
1 pound hot sausage, uncooked

Method

Mix together. Roll into small balls. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350-degrees on an ungreased baking sheet.  

Freeze unbaked ball; bake frozen balls 20 minutes. 

Makes 8 dozen.
