Strawberries with Raspberry Glaze

Strawberries with Raspberry Glaze


1 1/2 quarts large fresh strawberries
2 packages frozen raspberries
1 cup sweetened whipped heavy cream


1 1/2 quarts fresh strawberries, cleaned, arranged in pyramids on individual dishes.  Lightly sprinkle with sugar.  

Strain: 2 packages frozen raspberries, partially thawed.  Put in blender, make a thick puree.  Strain; spoon over strawberries.  

Serve with 1 cup sweetened whipped cream, flavored with liqueur.
