Baked Egg with Bacon Ruffle, a vintage clipped newspaper recipe

Ingredients

Hormel Range Brand Bacon
Eggs
Cream
Salt and pepper

Method

For each serving: fry 1 slice Hormel Range Brand Bacon until almost done. Place bacon around inside edge of individual baking cups. Break 1 egg into cup season with salt and pepper. Cover with 1 tablespoon cream. Bake in a 400-degree oven 15 to 20 minutes. When removed from baking dish, the egg has its own bacon ruffle.
