Ingredients

  • 1 pkg yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 3/4 cup sherry
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg

Method

  • Combine and mix five minutes on medium speed.
  • Bake 350-degrees for 45 to 55 minutes in a greased angel pan.
  • Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
