Kool Aid Zucchini Jelly

Kool-Aid Zucchini Jelly, a vintage recipe card.

Ingredients

4 cups zucchini, ground or blended
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 package pectin

8 cups sugar
2 packages unsweetened Kool-Aid

Method

Bring zucchini, lemon juice, crushed pineapple, and pectin to a boil; add sugar and 2 packages of unsweetened Kool-Aid. 

Bring to a hard boil and beat for 5 minutes. 

Put in jars and seal.
