Ingredients

2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup biscuit mix
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 12/ teaspoon vanilla
1 cup BAKER’S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Method

Combine milk, sugar, biscuit mix, eggs, butter, and vanilla in an electric blender container. Cover and blend on low speed for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand for about 5 minutes; then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350-degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
