Apple Roll

Apple Roll


1 stick oleo
2 cups sugar
2 cups water
2 cups chopped apples
1 1/2 cup self-rising flour
1/2 cup Crisco
1/3 cup milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon


Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Melt butter in a long pan.  Makeup biscuit dough {with oleo, sugar, water, flour, Crisco, and milk}.  Roll out in a triangle.  Put apples and cinnamon on dough.  Roll like a jelly roll.  Slice in 1/2 rolls.  Put in pan; pour syrup over this.  Bake one hour.l
