The recipe collection of Mrs. William G. Verdin consists of two loose-page binders filled with mostly typed recipes, and one bound book with a collection of handwritten recipes. From the front page of one of the binders, we know that the collections was complied in 1925, the second binder appears to have been started at a later date - as of yet, I have not found a date in the first or second book. This is the oldest recipe collections that we have added to our site, so there should be some classic recipes included.
It seems that the original owner lived in Arizona, and possibly in Mexico. Several of the recipes, typed, handwritten, and clipped are written in Spanish.
