Southern Living Party Cookbook

This 1972 cookbook from Southern Living included menus and an entertaining guide for a variety of holidays and occasions.  In true 1972 style, the front cover has a picture of crown roast of pork that would “honor any guest when served”.  The additional image depicts “a luncheon for a special occasion might include a Bloody Mary, Chicken and Carrot Salad, My Favorite Tomato Aspic, and a lettuce cup filled with seasonal fruit.  The cookbooks is organized into the following sections:
