Herbed Spinach Bake

Ingredients

10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach or broccoli
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup sharp American cheese, shredded
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup milk
2 tablespoons chopped onion
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon rosemary, crushed or thyme leaves crushed

Method

Cook and drain one 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach or broccoli. Mix with 1 cup cooked rice, 1 cup sharp American cheese, 2 eggs slightly beaten, 2 tablespoons margarine, 1/2 cup milk, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon rosemary, crushed or thyme leaves crushed. 

Pour mixture into 10x6x1.5-inch baking dish. 

Bake in a moderate oven (350-degrees) 20 to 25 minutes or until knife comes clean.
