Lois' Electric Ice Cream

Ingredients

2 eggs
1 cup sugar (or 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Karo)
Pinch of salt
2 lemons, juice and rind
1 cup cream
1 cup milk

Method

Beat 2 eggs until very light, add 1 cup sugar (or 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup Karo), and a pinch of salt.  Add 2 lemons - juice and rind, 1 cup cream, 1 cup milk. 

Variation - 2 oranges and 2 lemons, juice and rind; raspberries.
