Meringue Shells

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar

Beat {first three ingredients} well, add sugar 1 tablespoon at a time and beat.  

Bake at 250-degrees for one hour.  Leave in oven to cool.
