Mexican Scramble

Ingredients

1 medium-sized onion
2 cups tomato
1 cup chopped cheese
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
3 well-beaten eggs
Salt
Pepper

Method

cook the finely chopped onion in the butter 10 minutes, add tomatoes and seasonings, and simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in chopped cheese and sauce and stir until smooth. Then add well-beaten eggs and stir until creamy and serve on toast or crackers.
