Method

Se asan los tomates y los chiles y se muelen junto con el ajo, la cebolla, cilantro, y cominos, se pone a fuego lento a que se sazone, agregandole la ramita de epazote y las mojarras bien lavadas, hasta que se cueza. Se sirve bien caliente adornandose con queso fresco rallado.
