Ingredients

1 pound brown sugar
1/2 pound M&M’s
1/4 pound chocolate chips
1/4 pound butterscotch chips
4 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/2 pound peanut butter (3 cups)
9 cups regular oatmeal
1/4 cup light Karo syrup
6 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 pound margarine (softened)

Method

Mix all ingredients except chips, M&M’s, and oatmeal in a large bowl, add later. Use ice cream scoop to make cookies. 

Bake 350-degrees for 10 minutes (or so)

 

Hint: warm peanut butter slightly 

Yields 45-50 cookies
