Peanut Cookies - Verdin
A vintage typed recipe for Peanut Cookies; make these old fashioned cookies with melted butter, sugar, eggs, milk, baking powder, flour, and ground peanuts.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup flour
1 cup ground peanuts
Method
Cream butter and sugar, add well-beaten eggs, milk, baking powder sifted with flour, and ground peanuts. Drop on well grease tins. Bake.
