Pie Crust - A vintage typed recipe card for one or two Pie Shells.


One Shell

1/2 cup lard
1 1/3 cup flour
Approximately 1/4 cup water

Two Shells

2/3 cup lard
2 cups flour
Approximately 1/3 cup water


Roll out on a floured cloth. Bake until lightly browned. 400-degrees.
