Ingredients
1 cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup sugar
Pineapple, sliced fine
2 beaten egg yolks
1 tablespoon butter
Egg whites for meringue
Method
Mix 1 cup pineapple juice with 2 tablespoons cornstarch and 1/2 cup sugar, boil five minutes, add pineapple sliced fine and mix in 2 beaten egg yolks, and 1 tablespoon butter. Whites for meringue.
