Pumpkin Squares
A vintage handwritten recipe for Pumpkin Squares; make these Pumpkin Squares with sugar, eggs, salad oil, pumpkin, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Cool Whip would be good as a topping on these Pumpkin Squares.

Ingredients
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup salad oil
2 cups pumpkin
2 cups flour
2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoon cinnamon
Method
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Turn into a large greased and floured pan. Bake at 350-degrees for 35 minutes.
Cool whip would be good as a topping.
