Raw Apple Cake

Ingredients

4 cups peeled sliced apples
2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons cinnamon
3/4 cup oil
2 teaspoons vanilla

Method

Mix sugar and apples in a large mixing bowl. Set aside for a few minutes. Mix dry ingredients with apples. Add eggs, oil, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour into a 9x13-inch pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350-degrees.
