1 cup cold boiled ham
1 green pepper
3 hard-cooked eggs
1 cup white sauce
1/4 cup grated cheese
1/4 cup cooked rice or spaghetti


1 cup cold boiled hame, 1 green pepper, 3 hard-cooked eggs, 1 cup white sauce (3 tablespoons flour and butter to 1 cup milk), 1/4 cup grated cheese, 1/4 cup cooked rice or spaghetti.

Chopp ham, pepper, and eggs, mix with sauce and rice, pour into a buttered dish and bake for 20 minutes in a moderate (350-degree) oven.
