Snow Ball Cake
A vintage handwritten recipe for a Snow Ball Cake; make this Snow Ball Cake by layering pieces of an Angel Food Cake with a mixture of Dream Whip, crushed pineapple, lemon juice, sugar, water, and unflavored gelatin in a bowl. Refrigerate layered cake overnight and top with additional Dream Whip and coconut.

Ingredients
3 envelopes Dream Whip
1 #2 can crushed pineapple
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 cup of sugar
1 cup boiling water
1 teaspoon cold water
1 large Angel Food Cake
2 envelopes of unflavored gelatin
1 can coconut
Method
Soften gelatine in cold water. Add boiling water, sugar, lemon juice, and add pineapple, including juice. Chill until partially firm. Whip 2 packages Dream Whip as ?? desired ??, fold into gelatin mixture.
Place alternately a layer of cake and gelatine mixture in a pan. Refrigerate overnight; next day, whip an envelope of Dream Whip, top cake with Dream Whip and coconut.
