Ingredients

Consomme
1 package frozen French green beans
1 teaspoon butter
1 teaspoon flour
2 teaspoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons vinegar or lemon juice
1 drop Tobasco

Method

In consomme, cook 1 package frozen French green beans. 

Save broth, (1/2 cup) thicken with 1 teaspoon butter mixed with 1 teaspoon flour.  Add 2 teaspoons brown sugar, 2 teaspoons vinegar or lemon juice, and 1 drop of Tobasco (optional). 

Good with ham, pork.  4 servings.
