2 tablespoons margarine
2 tablespoons flour
3 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
Melt butter, add flour and blend, add milk and salt; cook until slightly thick, stirring constantly.
Cream of Potato Soup
Add 2 cups of diced cooked potatoes and 1 tablespoon chopped pimento to the thin white sauce. Season with salt and pepper
