Vegetable Salad

Ingredients

1 package frozen mixed vegetables
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 cup chopped celery
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped or 1 can small pimentos

1/2 cup vinegar
2/3 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon horseradish mustard

Method

Cook frozen vegetables for 20 minutes and drain.

Combine cooked vegetables with kidney beans, chopped celery, chopped onion, and chopped green pepper or small can pimentos.

Make a dressing by cooking 1/2 cup vinegar, 2/3 cup sugar, and 1 tablespoon flour until it thickens; add 1 teaspoon horseradish mustard. Toss with vegetables.
