Ingredients
Shell
5 ounces Oreo cookies
2 tablespoons butter
Filling
15 ounces chocolate ice cream
2 tablespoons ground coffee
2 tablespoons Sanka
2 tablespoons whipped cream
2 tablespoons brandy
2 tablespoon Kahlua
Fudge topping
Method
Crush Oreo cookies very fine and mix with butter. Press into a pie pan and place it in the freezer.
Whip chocolate ice cream with ground coffee, Sanka, brandy, and Kahlua. Fold in whipped cream and place in shell. Return to the freezer until firm. cover surface with fudge topping.
When serving top with whipped cream and a cherry.
