1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 egg, beaten light
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 cup peeled, chopped apples
Method
Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 egg beaten light. Add dry ingredients with 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1 cup peeled, chopped apples.
Bake 375-degrees for 30 minutes. Bake in pie tin.
