6-8 potatoes, pared
1 can consume’
1 can water
1 cup seasoned medium white sauce
2 cups sour cream
2 green onions, chopped
1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese


Boil potatoes in consume and water in a covered pan until barely tender. Drain and slice. Combine white sauce, sauce cream, and onions. Alternate layers of potatoes and sauce in a well buttered baking dish. 

Top with grated cheese and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350-degrees 35-40 minutes or until tender and heated and lightly browned. 

It can be prepared a day before and then set out to room temperature before cooking.
