Ingredients
1 cup ground, dry, whole-wheat bread
1 1/2 cup ground celery
1/4 bunch parsley, ground
3/4 cup pecans or walnuts, ground
1 large white onion, ground
2 beaten eggs
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
Method
Combine the ingredinets thouroughly and let stand in a greased baking dish for 20 minutes. Then bake in a moderate oven {350 degrees} until set 45 to 60 minutes. Serve in slices with heated condensed tomato soup as a sauce.
