Baked Chicken Salad

Ingredients

3 cups cooked chicken
1 cup almonds, slivered
Pimento
1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon sherry
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 cup celery & 1/2 cup onion, sauteed in 1 1/2 tablespoons butter for 1 or 2 minutes
 

Topping:
1 cup potato chips crushed (or cornflakes)
1/2 cup cheddar cheese

Method

Mix all above ingredients together, put in shallow casserole and put on the topping.  

This serves 8, also can be made in ramekins.
