Ingredients
4 strips of bacon
Large onion, minced
2 1-pound cans of Pork & Beans
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 cup chili sauce
Method
Saute 4 strips of bacon and one large minced onion. Stir in 2 1-pound size cans of Pork & Beans, add 1 teaspoon prepared mustard, and 1/4 cup chili sauce.
Put in a greased casserole and bake in a 350-degree oven until bubbly and brown, about 45 minutes.

3/4 cup of brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup catsup
Method
Mix together brown sugar, dry mustard, and catsup. In a casserole, layer one can of beans 1/2 of the brown sugar/mustard mixture, and 1/2 of chopped bacon. Then repeat the layers with the second can of beans, the rest of the sugar & mustard mixture, and bacon.
Bake for 2.5 hours in a 325-degree oven.
