Ingredients
1 stick real butter, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup mashed banana
1 1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup chocolate chips
Method
Preheat oven to 350-degrees.
Cream together 1 stick of real butter, softened and 1 1/4 cup sugar.
Add to the butter/sugar mixture in over given: 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1/4 cup sour cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 1 cup mashed banana, 1 1/2 cup flour, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 3/4 cup chocolate chips.
Grease and flour a tube pan. Bake 350-degrees for 50-60 minutes.
