Barbecued Ribs

Ingredients

3 pounds ribs, cut in serving pieces
1 to 2 tablespoons Liquid Smoke
1 cup catsup
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup lemon juice or 1 sliced lemon
1 cup water

Method

Place ribs in shallow pan meaty side up.  Brush with Liquid Smoke.  Roast in hot oven (450-degrees), 30 minutes.  Combine remaining ingredients, heat to boiling point and pour over ribs!  Continue cooking in moderate oven (350-degrees) 1 hour or until tender.  

Base with sauce every 15 or 20  minutes.  Serves 5-6.
