Ingredients

2 1/4 cups oat bran
1/4 cup nuts
1/4 cup raisins
1 tablespoons baking powder
1/4 cup brown sugar or honey
1 1/4 cup skim milk
2 egg whites
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Method

Preheat oven: 425-degrees.

Combine oat bran, nuts, raisins, and baking powder. Stir in sugar or another sweetener. 

Mix together milk, egg whites, oil and blend into the oat bran mixture. 

Bake 15-17 minutes. 

Makes 12 small muffins. Store in freezer.
