Ingredients
3 pounds lean stew beef
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can onion soup
3/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup brandy
Method
Place all ingredients except brandy in a 3-quart casserole – cover tightly. Bake 3 1/2 hours at 350-degrees – stir in brandy and cover. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Serve over rice.
