1/2 pound beef liver, scraped
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Flour to make a thick paste – 1/2 to 1 cup

3 cups beef broth


Mix all ingredients well and drop from the tip of a teaspoon into 3 cups beef broth that has been brought to a brisk boil. Cook 10 minutes. Serve with a little broth poured over them.
